The service, from being let in by the receptionist to the welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance, was top-notch. The location was quite close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the sights, although not in the craziness of the city center. Dining was exceptional, with delicious Vienna Beef hot dogs. Overall, a great value for money stay with fantastic facilities.
